By using IPSL (Island Priority Shipping & Logistics) services, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions.
All shipments are subject to inspection and customs regulations of the exporting and importing countries.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all items shipped are legal, permitted, and properly declared.
IPSL does not ship prohibited or restricted items, including but not limited to firearms, ammunition, illegal substances, or hazardous materials.
Shipping charges are based on the actual weight, of the item.
IPSL is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, airline schedules, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
IPSL is not liable for loss or damage resulting from:
Improper packaging by the sender
Manufacturer defects
Customs inspections or seizures
Any claims for missing or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or pickup.
IPSL is not responsible for items left uncollected beyond the agreed pickup period. Storage fees may apply.
Payments must be made in full before release or delivery of packages.
IPSL reserves the right to refuse service to any shipment that violates these terms.
