Customers are required to collect their packages within 1 week (7 days) of arrival at our warehouse. Packages not collected within this period will begin to incur an additional storage fee of $200 per day. Packages that remain uncollected and unpaid, or for which the customer deliberately refuses to pay, or fails to respond to multiple contact attempts (via phone, email, or other communication channels) to arrange payment or delivery, will be considered abandoned. The company reserves the right to sell, dispose of, or otherwise handle abandoned packages in order to recover storage, handling, and related costs. In such cases, the customer’s account may be permanently blocked from using our warehouse services. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. No Refunds Policy: Once a package is deemed abandoned and sold or disposed of, no refunds or compensation will be issued under any circumstances.

Any packages received during this time will be processed and prepared for shipment on the next business days. Although the warehouse is closed on the weekends your packages a securely collects them.
